IN NO EVENT WILL WEBSITESNETWORK.COMS LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE LESSER OF EITHER THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU SHALL PAY TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITIES OR $100.
